Power Infrastructure Senior Director

Job Summary

Leading the global category strategy for power infrastructure, the full-time Power Infrastructure Senior Director will manage sourcing for large-scale energy and mission-critical data center deployments, ensuring supply continuity and cost efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a multi-year sourcing roadmap for power infrastructure
• Partner with engineering and project teams to translate demand into sourcing plans
• Lead supplier qualification, technical evaluations, and performance management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing or category management within power infrastructure
• Strong experience with HV/MV equipment and substation infrastructure
• Experience negotiating complex global agreements and managing supplier capacity
• Knowledge of execution requirements including QA/QC, logistics, and installation support
