Power Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading power projects from planning through construction, the full-time salaried Power Operations Director will oversee technical processes, build project execution plans, and ensure successful project delivery in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead power projects from initial planning through construction, testing, commissioning, and final turnover
• Build project execution plans and coordinate engineering, procurement, field crews, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, productivity, safety, quality, cost, and schedule, taking corrective action as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale Distribution, Transmission, Substation, or utility infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience managing construction operations and multiple concurrent projects
• Experience leading Project Managers and field leadership teams
• Strong understanding of utility construction practices and project delivery
• Strong Business Development skills
