Key Responsibilities

Assist the Collaboration Systems team and customers to detail requirements for Microsoft 365 solutions
Design out-of-the-box or custom solutions to meet business requirements
Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 support and training, while maintaining industry knowledge of best practices

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship is required
Related Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 4+ years of related experience
Experience with M365 offerings and web technologies (JavaScript, JSON, CSS, HTML)
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power App) and requirements gathering
Strong customer orientation and commitment to quality
