Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Power Platform Developer will design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications and automation scripts using Microsoft Power Platform technologies to enhance business processes and reporting needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and automation scripts that support the Specialty Care Program Office's business processes
- Collaborate with business leads and end users to define requirements and analyze system solutions
- Document test conditions, execute testing, and provide technical support for contractor-developed applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing web-based or client-server applications and process automation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and Microsoft 365 applications
- Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle and established Systems Development Methodology
