Power Platform Support Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power Platform Support Administrator to provide support services for the United States Army.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Provide Tier 2 Remote Support for the Microsoft Power Platform within the Enterprise Ticketing System
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Power Platform components and assist with documentation and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in application development or administration, with at least 2 years focused on Power Platform
• Experience with administering Microsoft Power Platform and proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Familiarity with Army IT environments and compliance requirements
