Power Platform Support Administrator
Job Summary
To support a growing team providing services for the United States Army, the full-time remote Power Platform Support Administrator will design, develop, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools while providing Tier 2 support and coordinating with Tier 3 support as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Provide Tier 2 remote support for Power Platform issues and assist in troubleshooting environment errors
- Document operational procedures and support end users and administrators with knowledge base reviews
Required qualifications
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in application development or developer administration, with at least 2 years focused on the Power Platform
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with experience in Dataverse and SharePoint integration
- Ability to pass Microsoft certification exams (PL-400, PL-600, PL-200) within specified timeframes if not already certified
