Power Platform Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power Platform and SharePoint Development Team Lead to oversee the development and management of Microsoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Power Platform and SharePoint developers, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality standards
• Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for Power Platform and SharePoint solutions aligned with business objectives
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom applications and solutions, ensuring compliance with governance policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
• 7+ years of experience in developing and managing SharePoint and/or Power Platform solutions
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical teams and delivering complex projects
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 integration
• Proficiency in related technologies such as Azure, Microsoft Teams, and Dataverse
