Power Supply Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power Supply Analyst who will assist in providing consulting services in the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support consulting team in power supply planning, contract negotiation, cost-benefit analyses, market pricing studies, and resource proposal solicitations
• Assist in renewable supply and sustainable planning projects, resource adequacy program support services, and analysis of wholesale organized market developments
• Conduct independent research and contribute to power supply portfolio management concepts, solar and storage economics, and wholesale organized market design and policy

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or similar energy industry-related field
• 2-5 years of related experience
• Experience in power supply portfolio management concepts, solar and storage economics, or wholesale organized market design and policy
• Experience with SQL, Python, or VBA is a plus
• Ability to relocate to the Folsom, CA office location is a plus
