Job Summary

A company is looking for a Powerline Ops Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve transaction errors for PowerLine switch customers
  • Provide training and technical support to stakeholders on electronic transaction processing
  • Maintain comprehensive records of support activities and assist in developing solutions to improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in information technology or related field preferred, with experience as a substitute
  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer support role
  • Strong knowledge of PMS systems and electronic transaction processing
  • Previous experience with a pharmacy switch or related role preferred
  • Familiarity with industry standards (NCPDP) is preferred
