Job Summary
A company is looking for a Power Train Service Repair Authorization Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and provide technical support to dealers
- Answer dealer inquiries regarding warranty policies and claim submissions
- Maintain quality standards and identify operational efficiencies in warranty claims processing
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in automotive after sales, warranty management, or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience using PC and various systems
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures
