Job Summary

A company is looking for a Power Train Service Repair Authorization Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process warranty claims and provide technical support to dealers
  • Answer dealer inquiries regarding warranty policies and claim submissions
  • Maintain quality standards and identify operational efficiencies in warranty claims processing
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in automotive after sales, warranty management, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of experience using PC and various systems
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
  • Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures
