Job Summary
To support warranty claims processing for a major U.S. OEM, the remote Powertrain Warranty Authorization Agent will manage dealer inquiries, authorize warranty repairs, and ensure compliance with warranty policies while working an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Process warranty claims and provide technical support to dealers regarding warranty policies and claim submissions
- Resolve issues related to claim entry and submission while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and address complex warranty cases
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in automotive aftersales or warranty management
- Working knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
- 2-4 years of experience using PC and various systems
- Proficiency in English for verbal and written communication
