Powertrain Warranty Authorization Agent

Job Summary

To support the authorization of dealer warranty repairs for major U.S.-based OEM vehicles, the remote Powertrain Warranty Authorization Agent will manage warranty claims processing, provide live technical support to dealers, and ensure compliance with warranty policies during an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Process warranty claims and provide technical support to dealers regarding warranty policies and claim submissions
• Resolve dealer inquiries and issues related to claim entry and submission through various communication channels
• Maintain quality standards in warranty claims processing and identify operational efficiencies for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of experience in automotive after-sales, warranty management, or related fields
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures
• 2-4 years of experience using PCs and various systems
• Ability to engage with automotive dealers and knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
