PPBE Consultant with Clearance
Job Summary
To support Army logistics resource management, the full-time PPBE Consultant with Clearance will conduct data analysis, perform verification and bill payer analysis, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with program guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize data from Army systems for analysis and create data displays, ensuring alignment with funding profiles
- Perform verification analysis and bill payer analysis to balance financial records and assess impacts on procurement
- Assist with quality control of central programming reviews and provide independent analysis of issues throughout the POM build process
Required qualifications
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's Degree in business, public administration, management, economics, math, science, or engineering
- 10 years of experience in Army logistics or funding, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience at senior levels within Army or DoD, such as HQDA or Army Commands
- Strong skills in data analysis, MS Excel, and database management
