Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Acceleration & Deployment Lead, Innovation Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead deployment of new procedures and practices for Innovation Excellence and Lifecycle Management (LCM)
• Manage targeted Innovation Excellence initiatives and facilitate deployment of LCM governance
• Provide leadership and guidance in regulatory and quality support, ensuring compliance and product safety

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in engineering with a focus on quality systems and product development
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems
• Technical background in engineering with expertise in cardiovascular product platforms
