Job Summary
Supporting the design and commercialization of energy solutions, the full-time Practice Consultant, Demand Side Management will work remotely to develop client-specific solutions, ensuring they are executable and scalable while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support solution design for energy programs, including budgets and tailored program specifications
- Ensure continuity between proposal assumptions and program execution during handoff to delivery teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders around unified solution strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency, demand-side management, or related fields
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering energy programs or solutions
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, particularly with Excel or PowerBI
- Familiarity with regulated utility environments and evaluation frameworks
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines
