Practice Director

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Practice Director will manage Practice Managers and oversee strategic initiatives, team performance, and financial goals while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategic direction and goals for the practice, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Manage and mentor Practice Managers to optimize team performance and productivity
• Provide leadership in the adoption of best practices and methodologies, while serving as an escalation point for complex issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar practice or consultancy
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management
