Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Director - Data & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data & AI solution design and collaborate with sales and client executives throughout the deal process
• Serve in active delivery roles on key engagements and ensure solutions meet scope and quality standards
• Drive growth and success of the Data & AI practice while maintaining relationships with U.S. client executives

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in delivering data, analytics, and AI solutions
• Experience in designing and delivering complex enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions
• Proven track record in pre-sales and client-facing solution leadership
• Experience with modern data platforms, AI/ML, and public cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ability to balance hands-on delivery with practice leadership responsibilities
