Practice Director - ESM
Job Summary
To lead the regional implementation of ESM strategies, the full-time remote Practice Director - ESM will manage a high-performing team, oversee complex client engagements, and drive the development of innovative ESM solutions while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the ESM Practice strategy and represent it with key clients and partners
- Oversee delivery quality and act as a senior advisor on strategic engagements
- Lead and develop Principal Consultants and Product Owners, fostering high performance and career progression
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in Professional Services or Consulting leadership within a technology environment
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Service Management, with Atlassian and Jira Service Management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to connect strategy with scalable solutions and measurable outcomes
- Fluency in English, with experience in an international working environment
- Strong people leadership and commercial acumen
