Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Director/Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead major client programs as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor
• Guide architecture, systems thinking, and key engineering decisions across complex programs
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to proposals and account strategy

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in developing medical devices or regulated healthcare products
• Senior technical leadership experience at the Director, Senior Director, or VP level
• Proven success in leading large, cross-functional product development programs
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment
• Experience with software-intensive or platform-oriented development
