Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Growth Specialist to manage practitioner relationships and support their growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of practitioner accounts through onboarding, growth, and retention stages
  • Conduct calls, meetings, and training sessions to enhance practitioner understanding and use of the platform
  • Identify practitioner needs and challenges, providing ongoing support and documentation of interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools
  • Ability to manage a book of business and prioritize work across multiple accounts
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge across multiple offerings
