Job Summary
A company is looking for a Practice Innovation Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and departments to implement generative AI solutions to enhance legal workflows
- Lead the lifecycle of AI and legal tech solutions from evaluation to deployment and adoption
- Educate staff on AI tools and best practices while promoting responsible AI governance
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of legal practice experience, preferably in labor and employment litigation
- Hands-on experience with generative AI and legal technology initiatives
- Ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions in a legal environment
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project environments and tools like Jira is a plus
