Practice Innovation Counsel
Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Practice Innovation Counsel, the full-time role will collaborate with attorneys and developers to identify and implement generative AI and legal tech solutions that enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and implement generative AI solutions to improve legal workflows and client service
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI and legal tech solution implementation, from pilot to firmwide adoption
- Educate attorneys and staff on AI tools through tailored training sessions and resource guides
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of legal practice experience, preferably in labor and employment litigation
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and legal technology
- Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions in a legal or professional services environment
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments and familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus
