Job Summary
To deliver next-generation, customer-centric solutions in the Agent and Broker Services domain, the full-time Practice Lead - Agent Services will strengthen the solutions organization and partner with the transformation office to translate customer problem statements into deployable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address operational challenges in the Agent and Broker Services domain
- Redesign processes for automation and agentic orchestration, enhancing the distribution processes
- Translate business needs into actionable process, data, and design decisions for AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of operational experience in Agent and Broker Services, including producer onboarding and commission processing
- 15+ years of experience as a process architect with a focus on automation and orchestration
- Proven ability to connect business requirements with process and technological solutions
