Job Summary
To deliver next-generation, customer-centric solutions in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) Lines domain, the full-time Practice Lead - E&S Solutions will strengthen the solutions organization and partner with the transformation office to translate customer needs into deployable AI-driven solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with wholesale carriers, MGAs/MGUs, and E&S stakeholders to design and implement innovative AI solutions
- Redesign processes for automation and agentic orchestration, enhancing operational efficiency
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable process, data, and design decisions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the Excess & Surplus (E&S) Lines domain, including wholesale distribution and MGA/MGU operations
- 15+ years of experience as a process architect with a focus on automation and orchestration
- Proven ability to connect business needs with technology solutions
