Practice Lead for Agency Services

Job Summary

To architect and deliver next-generation, customer-centric solutions within the Agency and Broker Services domain, the full-time remote Practice Lead for Agency Services will manage process architecture, agentic automation deployment, and solution strengthening while collaborating closely with client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end Agency and Broker business processes for agentic readiness, including onboarding, licensing, and commission management
• Develop and institutionalize an agentic automation deployment framework that prioritizes and measures agency and broker distribution operations
• Lead the design and deployment of customer-focused solutions, ensuring alignment with client transformation roadmaps and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in Agency and Broker Services, including onboarding, licensing, and commission processing
• 15+ years of experience as a process architect with a focus on automation and agentic orchestration
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and ROI narratives for agentic transformation programs
• Proven experience in solution architecture and proposal development for transformation projects
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, automation, AI/ML, and insurance regulatory considerations
