Practice Lead for Agent Services

Job Summary

To architect and deliver innovative agent-centric solutions, the full-time Practice Lead for Agent Services will redesign business processes, lead client consulting engagements, and develop automation frameworks, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end Agent and Broker Business processes for improved efficiency and automation
• Lead client engagements focused on process re-imagination and establish reusable design artifacts
• Develop and institutionalize an agentic automation deployment framework for agency and broker operations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in Agent and Broker Services, including onboarding and commission processing
• 15+ years of experience as a process architect with a focus on automation and agentic orchestration
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in building business cases and ROI narratives
• Proven experience in solution architecture and proposal development for transformation projects
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks, AI/ML, and integration patterns in the insurance domain
