Job Summary

To lead and scale the Data Estate & Application Engineering business unit, the full-time salaried Practice Leader - Data Engineering will manage presales, delivery leadership, and client engagement while occasionally collaborating onsite with New England clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution and growth of the Data Estate & Application Engineering practice, focusing on presales, delivery, and strategic engagements
• Partner with the sales team to drive client acquisition through needs analysis, scoping, and proposal development
• Serve as the primary engagement lead for project-based work, ensuring superior delivery and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in leading complex technology consulting engagements
• Expertise in data modernization, cloud, software engineering, or application transformation
• Proven track record in business development and practice growth
• Experience managing enterprise client relationships and influencing executive stakeholders
• Strong background in delivering complex programs while balancing client expectations and team leadership
