A company is looking for a Practice Leader / Client Success Leader in the Retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team managing client relationships in the Retail industry
  • Implement retention and growth strategies, track performance metrics, and forecast revenue projections
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers, create strategic account plans, and conduct business reviews

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience leading Client Success / Account Management teams
  • Proven track record of revenue retention and growth
  • Strong analytical skills and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
  • Four-year college degree preferred
