Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Management Analyst I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support and decision-making for Practice Management ticket issues
  • Troubleshoot and assist end users as a subject matter expert
  • Monitor trending issues and coordinate onboarding of new services and locations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle/Billing/Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in ICD 10 and CPT coding
  • Experience with patient insurance and benefit eligibility
  • Month-end reporting experience required
