Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line support and decision-making for Practice Management ticket issues
Troubleshoot and assist end users as a subject matter expert
Monitor trending issues and coordinate onboarding of new services and locations

Required Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
Experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle/Billing/Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in ICD 10 and CPT coding
Experience with patient insurance and benefit eligibility
Month-end reporting experience required
