Job Summary
A company is looking for a Practice Management Analyst I - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support and decision-making for Practice Management ticket issues
- Troubleshoot and assist end users as a subject matter expert
- Monitor trending issues and coordinate onboarding of new services and locations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle/Billing/Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in ICD 10 and CPT coding
- Experience with patient insurance and benefit eligibility
- Month-end reporting experience required
