Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Management Analyst I (remote east coast).

Key Responsibilities

Provide front-line support and decision-making for Practice Management ticket issues
Troubleshoot issues as a subject matter expert for end users and monitor trending issues
Assist in onboarding new services and locations, and support testing and go-lives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
Experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle / Billing / Accounts Receivable
Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding
Experience with patient insurance and benefit eligibility
Month-end reporting experience
