Job Summary
A company is looking for a Practice Management Analyst I (remote east coast).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support and decision-making for Practice Management ticket issues
- Troubleshoot issues as a subject matter expert for end users and monitor trending issues
- Assist in onboarding new services and locations, and support testing and go-lives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle / Billing / Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding
- Experience with patient insurance and benefit eligibility
- Month-end reporting experience
