Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Management Analyst I (remote east coast).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-line support and decision-making for Practice Management ticket issues
  • Troubleshoot issues as a subject matter expert for end users and monitor trending issues
  • Assist in onboarding new services and locations, and support testing and go-lives


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Healthcare or Revenue Cycle / Billing / Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT coding
  • Experience with patient insurance and benefit eligibility
  • Month-end reporting experience
