Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Manager to lead a team of professional services consultants and customer success professionals in managing phishing defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team focused on delivering value to customers
• Manage client relationships and coordinate efforts to retain and gain new business
• Oversee the implementation of phishing training programs and analyze client security postures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years in a leadership and management role
• 8+ years in customer support, consulting, or managed services
• CISSP or Security + certification preferred
• Experience managing remote-based teams and software delivery
