Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performance team focused on delivering value to customers
- Manage client relationships and coordinate efforts to retain and gain new business
- Oversee the implementation of phishing training programs and analyze client security postures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years in a leadership and management role
- 8+ years in customer support, consulting, or managed services
- CISSP or Security + certification preferred
- Experience managing remote-based teams and software delivery
