Practice Manager

Job Summary

To lead the Evergreen project portfolio, the full-time salaried Practice Manager will oversee program direction, delivery oversight, risk management, and stakeholder communication in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set program direction and maintain priorities across multiple initiatives, translating executive strategy into actionable roadmaps
• Drive delivery success by ensuring projects are completed on scope, on time, and within budget while managing cross-project dependencies
• Lead and mentor Project Managers and Solution Architects, fostering a collaborative culture and maintaining high standards of project management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in ERP delivery or professional services
• Proven track record managing a portfolio of parallel projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP implementations is strongly preferred
• Excellent financial management skills, including budget ownership and variance reporting
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
