Job Summary

Leading a team of project managers, the remote Practice Manager (PMO) will oversee enterprise-level data center infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery and operational excellence while driving growth and continuous improvement of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of project managers, focusing on coaching and performance management
• Ensure successful delivery of large-scale IT projects, maintaining customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Oversee the commercial performance of the PMO practice, including financial targets and resource utilization

Required qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of management experience in a relevant field
• Proven experience leading the delivery of large-scale IT infrastructure projects
