Practice Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Business Office team, the full-time Practice Manager will ensure accurate revenue capture and compliance while providing training and support to staff in a remote capacity for candidates residing in PA, DE, MD, NJ, OH, FL, TX, and VA.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure revenue, billing, and reimbursement compliance while conducting gap analyses to identify workflow issues
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff regarding revenue cycle best practices and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic issues and improve revenue cycle outcomes

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting or billing office required
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare enrollments and revenue cycle management
• Knowledge of process workflow and documentation standards
