Practice Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time remote Practice Manager will oversee daily operations, manage schedules for veterinarians, and ensure exceptional client service in end-of-life pet care.

Key responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with veterinarians to enhance their professional satisfaction
• Manage calendars, doctor schedules, and approve PTO requests while addressing client concerns with empathy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to provide support and maintain operational excellence within the practice

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or related fields required
• Previous experience in clinical veterinary medicine or practice management preferred
• Commitment to excellence in client service and dynamic problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-up skills
• Proficient in computer technologies and able to learn custom software quickly
