Practice Manager III - North Carolina

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations for the Virtual Care Services Primary Care, the full-time remote Practice Manager III will lead a team of over 10 providers, manage clinical and administrative workflows, and ensure exceptional patient experiences in a virtual care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises and directs administrative and clinical staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Manages budgetary planning and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency and viability
• Develops and implements effective systems and processes to enhance patient service and operational performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physician office or outpatient setting
• Two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Epic@UNC and ambulatory clinical workflows
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as OSHA and JCAHO
