Practice Manager - NC/SC

Job Summary

Providing operational and financial support to practice leadership, the full-time remote Practice Manager - NC/SC will monitor key performance metrics, coordinate physician onboarding and compliance initiatives, and manage financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and practice operations to support leadership
• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and compliance initiatives
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, and financial reporting to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration or management experience
• 2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience with proficiency in Excel and analytics tools
• Experience collaborating with physicians and healthcare leadership on operational and financial initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
