Key responsibilities

• Partner with Clinical Leads to oversee operational support and drive program metrics
• Own and evaluate daily practice workflows to reduce administrative burdens while meeting clinical standards
• Lead change management initiatives, translating practice-wide changes into actionable guidance for clinical teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or consulting experience, preferably in healthcare delivery or a high-growth startup
• Strong data-driven analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving
