Practice Performance Advisor

Job Summary

To support the Provider Network Management team, the full-time Practice Performance Advisor will be responsible for producing performance reports, collaborating with providers on quality metrics, and implementing strategies to improve provider performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce quality and performance-related reporting to identify opportunities and strategies for improvement
• Collaborate with providers to address gaps in care and enhance performance based on HEDIS and other quality measures
• Conduct meetings with providers to review performance data and develop action plans for improvement

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred
• Five or more years of experience in provider networking if no bachelor's degree is held
• Three or more years of experience as an Account Executive with knowledge of total cost of care and reimbursement methodologies
• Understanding of quality and provider performance reporting, including HEDIS metrics
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and prepare provider performance data
