Empowering providers to run successful practices, the full-time Practice Success Manager will drive operational excellence, manage client relationships, and support scaling efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Project manage provider launches to ensure timely progression
  • Create presentation decks and quarterly business reviews to maximize provider value
  • Lead communication with providers through various channels for customer support
Required qualifications
  • Experience in project management and operational support within healthcare or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop customized solutions
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as Google Meet and Slack
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
