Practice Success Manager

Job Summary

To support independent aesthetic practices, the full-time Practice Success Manager will serve as a strategic partner, advising on business operations and product adoption while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship with approximately 50 practices, guiding them from launch through growth and management coaching
• Advise practices on operational decisions, including staff hiring and device purchases, while driving revenue growth through sales training
• Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry
• Proven experience in building, managing, or optimizing MedSpa businesses
• Strong service and coaching skills with an empathetic and positive communication style
• Solid business acumen and understanding of P&L management
• Ownership mindset, demonstrating action-oriented behavior and commitment to practice success
