Job Summary
To support ABA practice owners, the full-time Practice Support Associate will manage credentialing steps, respond to support tickets, and maintain accurate records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for practice owners, providing updates and answering questions
- Proactively research and resolve issues related to internal tools, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure provider records are current and issues are resolved
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer support, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with support or ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills across various channels, including email and video conferencing
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment
