Practitioner Campaign Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practitioner Campaign Associate to support the practitioner recruitment team with campaign execution and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective practitioners to encourage participation in clinical and fitness programs
• Make outbound calls to raise awareness of programs and set field appointments
• Manage and record contacts in the database while meeting minimum outbound call requirements

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; high school diploma required
• Minimum six months of experience in call environments or customer service
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under time-sensitive projects
• Experience handling inbound calls during high call volume times
