Practitioner Education Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practitioner Education Representative I to join their Provider Relations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to educate contracted practitioners on compliance and conduct directory validations
• Perform Access to Care Surveys and audits to ensure accuracy of practitioner information
• Provide administrative support and participate in training and departmental meetings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Preferred experience in specialty health care or health care
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
