Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with pre-registration for appointments, surgeries, or procedures
• Verify insurance coverage and provide financial transparency to patients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of two years of revenue cycle experience in an acute care facility, medical office, or call center
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong internet connection
