Pre Authorization Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PSC Pre Authorization Rep - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify benefits and secure authorizations for various services
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and revenue cycle staff
• Participate in quality control audits and provide feedback for workflow improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-4 years of experience in a medical facility, health insurance, or related area
• Some college coursework is preferred
• Demonstrated working knowledge of software/system/equipment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and third-party payer requirements preferred
