Pre-Authorization Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor (Pre-Authorization) to oversee pre-authorization processes and manage team performance remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee work assignments and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Audit employee work for accuracy and provide coaching for performance improvement
• Train new hires and develop training resources while maintaining compliance with policies and guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorizations preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
• Experience with specialty testing preferred
