Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Award and Competitive Recruitment Specialist for Federal and Corporate IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build sourcing strategies tailored to passive candidates for proposal projects and best-athlete requisitions
  • Consistently deliver signed contingent offers, letters of intent (LOI) or letters of commitment (LOC) as appropriate for assigned roles
  • Accurately and consistently maintain CRM, ATS, and other documentation systems of record and accountability for search efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience supporting complex or hard-to-fill recruitment projects
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting within technical and government contracting businesses
  • 3+ years of experience sourcing on job boards, ATS, and social networking sites
  • Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System is preferred but not required
