Pre-Award Finance Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Award Finance Coordinator - General Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and completes pre-award financial activities for clinical trials, including budget creation and Medicare Coverage Analysis
• Negotiates clinical trial budgets and serves as a liaison between clinical teams and sponsors
• Manages the grant application process and ensures compliance with federal guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 4 to 6 years of directly related experience required
• Experience with clinical trials and interpreting clinical research protocols preferred
• Negotiation experience with industry sponsors preferred
• Knowledge of grant and contract requirements and funding agency guidelines
