Job Summary
A company is looking for a Grant & Contract Administrator - Pre-award.
Key Responsibilities
- Support faculty and research staff in developing and submitting proposals for externally funded research
- Manage a portfolio of proposals, ensuring compliance and timely submission
- Provide guidance on sponsor requirements and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate successful submissions
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in finance, business administration, public administration, or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experience
- Working knowledge of pre-award project lifecycle activities and proposal development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel for budget development
- Basic knowledge of budgeting principles and institutional policies related to proposal submission
- Considerable ability to manage a diverse portfolio of proposals and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
